Bergamot oil has a refreshing scent that reduces stress and anxiety. Reduces excess oil and is a good care for oily skin that is prone to acne. Prevents sweating and deodorizes.
Application method: Externally
Aromatization of the air, purifying, soothing, deodorizing – 5 k. bergamot and 2 k. lemon, or 3 k. bergamot and mint; or 2 k. lemon and bergamot with 1 k. ylang-ylang and rose.
Massage: with tonic effect of 10 ml of almond oil 3 k. orange and 2 tbsp. bergamot. For skin irritations – massage mixture of 10 ml almonds, 2 tbsp. sage, 2 k. lavender and 1 tbsp. bergamot or massage mixture of 10 ml almonds, 2 tbsp. bergamot, 2 k. lavender and 1 tbsp. camomile.
Bath: for mental fatigue, nervous tension: 1 k. basil, 2 k. bergamot, 4 k. lavender, 3 k. orange, 1 k. ylang-ylang or 9 k. orange, 6 k. bergamot – have a tonic effect.
Face mask: for acne – in 10 ml of almonds: 2 k. juniper, 1 k. lemon, 1 tbsp. bergamot or 30 ml almond oil, 10 k. lavender, 7 k. tea bush, 2 k. bergamot, 1 k. geranium. Applied in a face mask, it has a whitening effect and shrinks pores – 30 ml of almond oil (cream) 2 k. bergamot.
Others: for toothache – 2 k in the evening. on toothpaste.
