Juniperus communis juniper essential oil

Juniper oil is an excellent means of purifying the spirit and body. It gives confidence, faith in one’s own strength, helps overcome past emotional traumas. It is useful for poor circulation, fluid retention, inflammatory processes of the urinary system, pain in muscles and joints, arthritis and rheumatism. It is applied as a care for oily skin, acne, in the fight against cellulite and dandruff.

Application method: Externally

External Inhalation: with coughing and inflammation of the larynx, tuberculosis, severe infectious diseases, warm inhalation is recommended – in 2 l of boiling water drip 5 k. juniper and inhale for 10 minutes.

Massage: for rheumatism, arthritis, sciatica, lumbago, massage with 50 ml of almond oil, 20 k. juniper, 10 k. rosemary, 5 k. lavender and 5 k. lemon.

Bath: in cystitis, inflammation of the urogenital organs, painful urination, kidney stones: sitting bath with 8 k. juniper, 2 k. orange and 2 tbsp. lemon. In case of problems with potency – 8 k. juniper or 6 k. juniper and 2 k. mint. With cellulite: 8 k. juniper, 2 k. orange, 2 k. lemon. Purifying the body of toxins: 1 bath 6 k. juniper and 5 k. rosemary at 35 – 39 C for 10-20 minutes.

Sauna: removes toxins from the body – 8 k. juniper in 500 ml of water.

Mask: to remove dandruff is recommended hair mask – 50 ml of almond oil with 40 k. juniper. Water for rinsing against oily hair – 0.5 liters of water with 10 k. juniper. Face masks: 1 tbsp. almond oil, 4 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp. soil and 5 k. juniper – astringent or 2 tbsp. yogurt, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. water and 5 k. juniper – anti-inflammatory.

Others: In case of white flow, prepare an aromatic bandage (aromatherapy) 10 ml of almond oil and 10 k. juniper, dripping 7-10 drops of the mixture on the bandage (tampon). To treat wounds, prepare a mixture of 50 ml of almond oil and 30 k. juniper.

Attention! Highly concentrated! Store at 7-25 C. Keep it tightly closed and out of reach of children! When applied to the mucous membranes – dilute with base oil!
