Foot baths: for fungus, cold feet, swelling – 2 tsp. salt and 5 drops of tea tree oil soaked in a cotton swab. For colds before bedtime – 5 drops of tea tree oil in 3 liters of water. After the bath, rub the feet well. It is recommended to apply 1-2 times a day.
Massage: for muscle pain after exercise, 2 times a day
